In this episode of the #CLP we sit down with brand new Las Vegas Golden Knights strength coach and friend, Doug Davidson. A graduate of Queens University in Kingston Ontario, Doug spent 4 years with our program before becoming the S&C coach for the Wilkes-Barre Penguins of the American Hockey League. We were so excited to have Doug on to congratulate him on his brand new role with the Las Vegas Knights, Head Strength coach. We talk about the transition from the private to team sector, the challenges of building buy-in, and spending his first year riding his bike with a stack of protein pancakes. He’s a seriously smart dude. great coach and a pleasure to work with and learn from. Don’t forget to rate and review.
